RACIAL PROFILING LIVES ON

This article talked about how African Americans and Latinos often are searched and/or followed just based on their race. If police officers have a feeling that either a Latino is not a legal citizen or an African American is up to no good, they can question them without having any evidence whatsoever. The 4th Amendment isn't violated by this based on Supreme court ruling. My dad is a sheriff and he has told that they profile people and if they say they don't, they are lying.
